Your budget. Your starting point.

Start with a number you are comfortable exploring. Then look beyond the headline price to the home, the location and the information still missing.

See the whole price range

Our focus is homes up to $750,000 and land up to $350,000. When an agent supplies a range, read both ends before adding a property to your shortlist.

A lower advertised number is not an offer to sell at that amount. Ask the agent for the current price information and supporting statement.

Keep your shortlist useful

Compare the same details for each property: price, type, land area and the features that matter to your household. Write down unanswered questions instead of filling gaps with guesses.

A block of land needs a different checklist from an established home. Title, services and the proposed build deserve their own investigation.

Make an enquiry worth answering

Tell the agent which property you mean, when you would like to inspect and which facts you want confirmed. Your enquiry goes to the relevant listing team.

Prices are advertised prices. Land area and availability need agent confirmation. For a price range, price per m² uses the upper end. Comparing land does not establish buildability.
