What the service provides
Budget Property is the property advertising platform of Australian Property Partnership Pty Ltd. Listings connect prospective buyers with the agency responsible for a property.
A listing is an advertisement. It is not a valuation, loan approval, offer to enter a sale contract or confirmation of suitability. Verify material information with the agent and your advisers.
Accounts and submitted information
Agencies must submit accurate information, hold permission to use their photographs and documents, and keep listing status current. Keep account access private and report suspected misuse.
Do not submit fraudulent enquiries, malicious files or personal information you are not entitled to share. The platform may review, reject or remove material that does not meet its publication requirements.
Fees and your rights
Agency fees, introductory offers, listing periods and cancellation terms require a separate written agreement. No fee is created by a historical price example on this website.
The final terms must address applicable consumer rights, service limitations, disputes and governing law. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove a right that cannot legally be excluded.
