Advertising costs and Platform Fees will be discussed with Agents should they wish to continue using the service after the initial 6 months.

As BudgetProperty is free for the first 6 months, Agents will have an easier time converting potential vendors by offering a lower cost for Advertising and Marketing.
We are aware that vendors selling houses sub $750k and land sub $350k are likely to be more budget conscious when it comes time to funding Advertising and Marketing costs. BudgetProperty is here to help by providing a cheaper alternative.

The website is using the latest technology to reach buyers that match the profile of the listing. That means a deeper pool of interested and motivated buyers for every property listing.
Buyer Interaction and Listing Performance
Agents will be forwarded buyer information and listing enquiries as soon as they are created.
Individual listings will also be sent to Agents on a monthly basis. Agents can also log-on to the BudgetProperty platform and check individual listing performance in real time.
Easy to sign up
Below is a link to our Service Agreement. Once signed and returned, your clients' properties will be able to be listed on the website. For the initial 6 month period, properties that meet BudgetProperty's price criteria will be sourced from your Agency Platform. There is therefore no admin requirement to list properties.
