Less searching around. More finding out.

Budget Property makes affordable property easier to discover and gives agents a way to show what their advertising delivers.

1. Start with your budget

Choose a place, a property type and a maximum price. Our focus is homes up to $750,000 and land up to $350,000.

Availability comes from agents and needs to stay current. Historical examples are labelled and should never be mistaken for homes available today.

2. Compare the details

Open the listing for its full price, photographs, property facts and agent details. Use the buyer guides to identify the information you still need.

The budget planner works with your inputs. It does not decide what you can borrow or confirm eligibility for a government scheme.

3. Speak to the listing team

Enquire about a property or arrange an inspection directly with its agency. The agent manages questions, offers and the sale process.

For agents, create a listing, add accurate details and submit it for review. Use the portal to follow listing activity and enquiries.

Prices are advertised prices. Land area and availability need agent confirmation. For a price range, price per m² uses the upper end. Comparing land does not establish buildability.
