Keep three numbers separate
Write down the advertised price, your purchase and moving costs, and any assistance that has actually been confirmed. Leave unconfirmed assistance out of your available cash.
Before relying on a programme, record the property type, contract date, completion deadline, prior ownership, residency conditions and application process. Ask the administering authority which version applies.

Keep the official URL, the date checked and written confirmation with your buying notes. If a website summary and the authority disagree, use the authority to resolve the question. This directory does not calculate entitlements or recommend a loan.
